A rainy but absolutely cozy day, perfect for recipe tasting and munching on some yummy stuff.
As my tommy was totally acing up yesterday which knocked me out pretty bad I still am kind of careful when it comes to food. I cannot eat big amounts or heavy things so I try to listen to my body and give it what it (thinks it) needs 😉
For breakfast this morning I had my fav thing: Banana ice-cream parfait with blueberries and strawberries.
After canceling a shoot due to weather conditions I tried a new recipe which will also be on the blog soon. Its a gluten free coconut banana chocolate bread ! I had two slices of it as a snack along with a juice before that (which had orange, carrot, celery, cucumber, beetroot and ginger)
Before my 1,5 hour Vinyasa Yoga class I had an onion soup with peas and a peace of bread as my lunch.
I had friends over tonight for dinner so we were cooking together. We made one of my favorite dishes – Chili !! Always a good idea. If you guys are interested let me know if you’d like the recipe of it.
Im not sure if thats all I am going to have for tonight. I was also snacking on some dates here and there. The next couple of days are going to be super yummy again and I cant wait to get started. Stay tuned for more restaurant munching and of cause — Stay lusty ❤
