Time flies and it’s Wednesday again! And today is another special day when it come to the food I ate 🙊 Lucky us, Maxi and I spend a night at The Guest House Vienna and woke up to an amazing and delicious breakfast….
Vegan options are everywhere as I already mentioned in other posts. So don’t you worry when it comes to traveling – most hotel, restaurants follow the new way of living and offer options. (If not just ask for variations)
From out order I ate veggies sticks with avocado, avocado bread with the most amazing red lentil hummus and some super delicious home made bread, buns and more. Also had a soy cappuccino and a fresh squeezed orange juice !
I was following a raw vegan diet the past 2 days and I kind of broke it with this breakfast – which was totally fine. For snack after a few hours I went raw again. I made a juice with tons of fruit and veggies (see which ones on the picture)
After snack and a lot of editing I made myself a Asian style salad. Added lamb lattuce, cucumber, tomato and grapes to it and made a PB2 powder – sweet chilli – dressing. (Favorite: 1 TB of PB2 + water, soysauce + sweet chilli sauce)
